Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Terra Jewel. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- returned in original packaging
- free from damage caused after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (for example, earrings) unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please check the product description for any item-specific exclusions.

Return Request
To start a return, please contact us at hello@terrajewelstore.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you would like to return
- the reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Terra Jewel is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@terrajewelstore.com and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@terrajewelstore.com.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
