RETURN POLICY (Terra Jewel Store)
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

Returned with original packaging (box/pouch) and tags attached (if applicable)

Packed securely in the original shipping box (or a smaller protective box — please avoid oversized packaging)
Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set. Individual items from a set are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to deny a return if items do not meet these guidelines.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered.
Returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Engraved, personalized, or custom-made items

Final sale / discounted items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos/video of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide a resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable). If the error is ours, we will cover shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to process (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).
Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Terra Jewel Store is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
